Engaged: Tricia+Brian - Hudson Springs Park

Y'all won't believe what happened last week.  Okay, maybe you will.  The phone/internet/cable went down at our house for a couple of days.  AT&T had to be scheduled to come out and fix it.  Needless to say, it put a kink in me trying to get work done.  Truthfully though, it's not a problem if you think about what's going on in the world as a whole.  There are so many in the world that don't have clean water or enough food or even a place to live.  We are blessed beyond belief!  The point in me mentioning all this is just to say sorry that this post didn't go up las week as intended, because boy do I have a cute couple for you today!

When I met Tricia and Brian, Tricia and I couldn't believe that we hadn't already become friends.  We have so many mutual friends.  Not to mention, Tricia loves The Wizard of Oz as much as I do!  These two are precious together.  Brian absolutely dotes on Tricia in the sweetest ways.

They chose to do their engagement photos in the same location that Brian proposed to Tricia.  Hudson Springs Park is one of Tricia's favorite spots in the world to spend time just being.  As you walk along the lake path into the woods, there's this little baby trail that leads to an outlook.  Tricia loves to sit in this spot.  One snowy winter day when they were visiting, Brian and Tricia decided to go for a walk at the park.  The park was blanketed in snow and they had it all to themselves.  Brian walked them to Tricia's favorite spot and asked Tricia to be his wife.  Now, Tricia's favorite spot has become so much more special to both of them.

It was such fun spending this time with them.  They are such a sweet couple that truly can't wait for their wedding Mass.  Scott and I can't wait to be a part of that!
